We Come Alongside, Not Replace.
Everything we do begins with listening.
Paper Giants exists to support your leadership, not replace it. Our work is shaped around your theology, your context, and your calling. Whether through writing or coaching, our role is to help you think clearly, communicate faithfully, and lead with confidence in the season you’re in.
How It Works
We begin with a conversation.
What are you working on? Where do you feel pressure or uncertainty? What kind of support would be most helpful right now?
From there, we shape a plan for writing support, coaching, or a combined approach. Some pastors want a weekly sermon partner. Others need help navigating a demanding season or finishing a long-delayed project.
This is collaborative work. The leadership and message remain yours. We simply help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on church size and scope of support. Because every church and season is different, pricing adjusts depending on the level of writing, coaching, or combined support needed. We’ll talk through options during an initial conversation.
Do we have to choose between writing and coaching?
No. Writing and Coaching are available separately or together. Some churches benefit most from one, others from a combined approach. We’ll help you discern what best fits your season.
Will this replace our pastor’s voice or leadership?
No. Paper Giants exists to support your leadership, not replace it. All writing and coaching is shaped around your voice, theology, and context.
What kind of experience does your team have?
Our lead writer has over ten years of experience creating ministry content for churches of varying sizes and contexts.
Coaching is led by someone with over ten years of experience as a Creative Director, who also grew up as a pastor’s kid in a large, fast-growing church and has navigated leadership transitions, structural change, and financial decision-making.
What happens in the initial conversation?
The initial conversation is simply a chance to talk through what you’re working on, where you feel pressure, and what kind of support might be helpful. There is no pitch and no obligation. Our goal is clarity, not commitment.
